My great-uncle lived to be 104 years old.He also was from a very small town, excercized often but heres the weird thing..he ate anything he wanted. He never restricted his diet. Doctor told him at age 85 to start eating healthy consuming less fats, sugars etc. but uncle said he wanted to die happy, that being said he was happy eating what he pleased.. So he did, he never payed attention to the doctor.Maybe just good genes and being HAPPY!
