Jan 8, 2008 - Oooh... I wanna try the pita chips! What other kinds of seasonings go well on them? And how long were they in the oven for? Also, you didn't grease the pan and/or oil the other side of the chip...

Shadowglass Says:

Jan 8, 2008 - Cooking times vary. You only need the in until they brown around the edges. You don't need to grease the pan or the other sides of the chips. Just one side, then sprinkle with Creole Seasoning.

Jan 9, 2008 - Hmm... so no other seasoning ideas? I bet salt and vinegar would taste good.

AnimeCanuck Says:

Jan 9, 2008 - I just finished my first batch... I think they're a little overdone... the entire thing is brown. But they're not burnt, and they DO taste good. (curry and onion powder, with a tiny bit o' salt.. I don't have creole seasoning, nor do I know what's in it!).
