Feb 24, 2010 - I had this dish in a Thai restaurant (in the UK) a couple of weeks ago and it was delicious! The heat from the chilli hits you(I asked for it to be Thai hot), then is quickly cooled down by the mango... ready for the next bite. Going to attempt t make it tonight for friends...
